If the password you received to activate your account doesn't work, ask for a new one at Get a new initial password.
When changing your password, please note that: In the new password you cannot use either your first name or last name; it must have at least 8 characters, including a capital letter and a number, and may not be the same as your previous password. Watch out for typical mix-ups: a lowercase "L", an uppercase "i" or a 1, the confusion between 0 (zero) and O (letter). It is best not to include these characters. Yes. You can do an online course on a mobile device, although we recommend courses should be taken on a desktop computer, especially from the elementary level upwards, as mobile devices are not really suitable for writing long texts.
If you need to change your name, surname or identity document number, you should go in person to a linguistic normalisation centre, office or service and present the documentation to update your details.
If you've changed your contact details, such as your phone number or email address, please contact User Services and ask for your details to be updated.
It is important that your details are up-to-date before you enrol.
If there are still places available before the course starts or during its first few days, we'll contact you in the order you are on the list to tell you that you can enrol. If we can't reach you or you don't reply, we'll move on to the next person on the list. If we don't notify you, it's because there are no places left.
The list of people without a place is shut down once the course has finished. This means it is not taken into account in future enrolments.
