If you've already taken a level test and want to do another one, you'll have to wait at least 60 days to take it again. If you've already done a general course with the CPNL, you do not have to do it again.
The test result is valid for two years and in no case does it have the status of a Catalan language proficiency certificate.
If you've completed the course very close to the enrolment period, the recommended level may not yet be entered because courses are not closed immediately.
When the enrolment period opens, you'll be offered the level recommended by your tutor.
If once the enrolment period has started you are not offered the level recommended by the tutor, please contact User Services.
Once we've had a look at the documentation you've submitted, you'll get a message in the inbox of the email address or phone number you provided when you started the process.
To see the results, go to Continue a process on the platform, which you'll find within the registration website, and fill in the data: process code, type and document number.
Once you've signed in, you'll see the results of the validation. If it's not valid, you'll need to re-attach a new document or pay the full tuition fee.
Once you've completed the enrolment process, you'll receive the payment document or enrolment document depending on the course you've enrolled for at the email address you gave us.
If you don't receive it, you can download it by going to Continue a procedure on the platform with your procedure code and identity document.
Although it's an automatic process, this information may take up to three days to be updated.
Yes. If you made a mistake when choosing the course or want to change your option, you can cancel your enrolment by clicking the recycle bin button next to the procedure code or by clicking the Cancel enrolment button. If you do this, you'll lose your place and will have to start the process all over again.
Please note that if you want to cancel a paid enrolment, you'll have to complete the procedure for the refund of the registration fee due to cancellation as set out in the regulations.
If you cancel your enrolment by mistake, you'll have to start the process all over again. If you've cancelled a paid enrolment, please contact User Services.
Once you've completed the course enrolment process, the enrolment platform generates a payment document which you'll have to download showing all the details of the course you've enrolled in and instructions on how to pay online or in person at CaixaBank ATMs.
Your enrolment takes effect once you've made the payment. If you haven't paid within three calendar days, your enrolment will be automatically cancelled and you will forfeit your place.
If you've never taken a course with the CPNL, 24/48 hours before the start of the course you'll receive a message at the email address you provided at the time of enrolment with your CPNL email account xxx.xxx@alumnes.cpnl.cat, the initial password and the instructions on how to activate it.
If you've already taken a course with the CPNL and have an activated CPNL student account, you'll be able to access the environment on the day the course starts with the password you already had.
