Clear Communication Session

The aim of this session is to learn how to use language in a clear, plain, and direct manner, to ensure communication with the general public is more effective; and to understand the linguistic aspects to be considered when applying clear communication to written texts.

• Target audience: administrative and management staff from organizations and public administration who write texts in Catalan and wish to improve and adapt them to the general criteria of clear communication. No specific level of Catalan is required.
