Regulations for Catalan courses
Upon completion of the course, a certificate of achievement or continuing education is issued.
The certificates of official courses (Basic 3, Elementary 3, Intermediate 3, Advanced 3 and Proficiency) are equivalent to the Catalan language certificates issued by the Directorate General for Language Policy (DGPL) and correspond to levels A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), respectively.
In unofficial courses, certificates of achievement certify having passed the grade that enables students to continue with their learning process and is not equivalent to any DGPL certificate.
A certificate of achievement, whether it is for an official or unofficial course, also certifies having attended or completed a course.
Certificates of attendance or continuous education are only issued upon request.
