7. Changes in timetable and levels
7.1. Once enrolment has been formalised, no changes of timetable or level are allowed, except when it is subsequently discovered that the timetable is incompatible for the following reasons:
The student is enrolled in an official teaching centre (university, institute, school, etc.) with a timetable that is incompatible with the course.
There is a change in the student’s work schedule.
7.2. Changes of level will only be accepted if the student demonstrates that they have reached another level by means of a placement test.
7.3. A change of timetable or level will be accepted, in accordance with the following conditions:
The change will only be made if there are vacancies in the new timetable or course requested. In the event that for a given course there are more applications than places, the order in which the applications were received will be taken into account.
The change is definitive for the rest of the course.
If a student changes to a course of a different length or level, the CPNL will not refund the money if the cost of the new course is lower, and the student will be required to pay the difference if the amount is higher.
Applications should be submitted to the relevant administrative services. Requests for a change of timetable must be accompanied by the corresponding supporting documents (photocopy of enrolment at the official educational centre or certificate from the company certifying the change of schedule).
