5. Cancellation of groups

The CPNL can cancel groups in the following cases:

• When the number of people enrolled is lower than the minimum numbers established in point 2 of these regulations;

• When, once the course has started and for reasons beyond the control of CPNL, the number of students falls below the minimum number established in point 2 of these regulations, provided that less than 50% of the course has been taught;

• Due to organisational circumstances that prevent the course from taking place;

• Due to alert or emergency situations or force majeure.
