Catalan at the Table is a Catalan course that focuses on speaking to customers. It has been designed for waiters and waitresses and people who are in training.

The course methodology is based on the communication approach and consists in reproducing the most common communicative situations in the restaurant industry, and learning the specific vocabulary used in these situations.

AIMED TOWARDS

People who work or want to work in customer service in the restaurant industry. No previous knowledge of Catalan is required.

To offer basic training and resources to be able to attend to public in Catalan in the customer-service field in the restaurant industry.
